line-height: 17px; text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;" dir="rtl"><span style="line-height: 36px; color: #000066;" lang="AR-MA">أمام سياسة التسويف والتماطل وصم الآذان المنتهجة من قبل سلطات التربية والتكوين ، ونظرا للقمع الممنهج والاعتداءات المتكررة التي تعرض لها الأستاذات والأساتذة المرتبون في السلم التاسع ، والتي أسفرت عن إصابات متفاوتة الخطورة وآثار نفسية بليغة ، إضافة إلى عدم فتح حوار جاد ومسؤول يفضي إلى تلبية المطالب العادلة والمشروعة لهذه الفئة ، تقرر اللجنة الوطنية لموظفي التعليم المرتبين في السلم التاسع بناء على البيان رقم ( 9 )&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 31px;">&nbsp;</span>الصادر بتاريخ 07 يونيو 2011 ما يلي :</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 36pt 1.35em 0px; color: #000066;" lang="AR-MA"><span style="line-height: 31px;">&nbsp;</span>خوض إضراب وطني للأستاذات والأساتذة المرتبين في السلم التاسع يوم الاثنين 13 يونيو 2011 مع تنظيم وقفات احتجاجية أما الأكاديميات الجهوية والنيابات الإقليمية .</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 36pt 1.35em 0px; line-height: 17px; text-align: justify; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;" dir="rtl"><span style="line-height: 36px; color: #000066;" lang="AR-MA"><span style="line-height: 31px;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>و في الأخير تدعو اللجنة الوطنية النقابات الخمس الأكثر تمثيلية إلى تحمل مسؤوليتها&nbsp;<span style="line-height: 31px;">&nbsp;</span>واتخاذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بالضغط على الوزارة الوصية من أجل إيجاد مخارج وحلول عاجلة وفورية ومنصفة . وتطالب نساء ورجال التعليم بالالتفاف حول الملف المطلبي لتنفيذ البرنامج النضالي المسطر ، كما تحتفظ بحقها في اتخاذ كافة الأشكال النضالية التصعيدية حتى تحقيق المطالب المحقة والعادلة.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 36pt 1.35em 0px;
