font-size: 19.48px;">في خطوة حقوقية واستباقية تهدف إلى حماية الأمن الرقمي والسكينة العامة، تقدمت المنظمة الوطنية للحماية الإلكترونية، بشكاية رسمية إلى السيد وكيل الملك لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بتمارة، تطالب فيها بفتح بحث قضائي عاجل في حق صاحب قناة إلكترونية على منصة يوتيوب يلقب بـ"بن نسنس"، وذلك على خلفية نشره لمحتوى رقمي صادم يوثق لأفعال تقع تحت طائلة القانون الجنائي.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">وحسب المعطيات المتوفرة لـ"أخبارنا"، فإن تحرك المنظمة جاء تفاعلا مع شريط فيديو مدته أزيد من 41 دقيقة، حمل عنوانا مستفزا للمشاعر الإنسانية والدينية للمغاربة، يظهر فيه المشتكى به وهو يقوم بسلخ وشواء جثة حيوان أكد طيلة العرض أنه كلب.&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">ولم يكتف المعني بالأمر بعرض المشاهد المقززة بالتفصيل والتحريض على التطبيع مع هذا السلوك، بل أطلق تصريحات علنية تؤكد اعتناقه لسلوك عدواني، مهددا بشكل صريح بالاعتداء على المواطنين وعضّهم في الشارع العام، معلنا عن رغبته في الاعتداء على إمام أحد المساجد.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">واعتبرت المنظمة في صك شكايتها، أن ربط هذا الفعل الشنيع بأجواء عيد الأضحى المبارك ووصف الحيوان بـ"السقيطة" يشكل استهزاء صريحا بالقيم الدينية ونظام الآداب العامة الأخلاقي للمجتمع المغربي، مشيرة إلى خطورة هذا النوع من "المحتويات الهابطة" التي تسعى لحصد المشاهدات على حساب القيم المجتمعية والروحية.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">ولم يقتصر صك الشكاية على رصد الإساءة السلوكية، بل تعداه إلى تقديم تكييف قانوني دقيق للأفعال؛ حيث طالبت المنظمة بالتحقق القضائي والتقني من ملابسات الواقعة للتأكد من فرضية تعرض الحيوان للقسوة أو إزهاق روحه عمداً لأجل صناعة المحتوى، وهو ما يعاقب عليه القانون الجنائي المغربي في فصله 601 وما يليه. كما نبهت الشكاية إلى خطورة الخطاب التحريضي الذي بثه المشتكى به، والذي يساهم في نشر الرعب والتحريض على ارتكاب جنايات وجنح ضد السلامة الجسدية للأشخاص عبر الفضاء الرقمي.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">وفي سياق متصل، توجت المنظمة شكايتها بملتمسات حازمة تدعو من خلالها النيابة العامة لإعطاء تعليماتها الصارمة للجهات الأمنية والضابطة القضائية قصد تحديد الهوية الحقيقية لصاحب الحساب وإيقافه، وإجراء الخبرات التقنية اللازمة على الوسائط الرقمية المستخدمة، مؤكدة أنها أعدت قرصا مدمجا (CD) يوثق تفاصيل الجريمة بالصوت والصورة لتسليمه للعدالة.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px;
