vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: Simplified Arabic; font-size: small;">و حسب ذات المصدر، واجه المراقبين الدوليين المكلفين من طرف الأمم المتحدة صعوبات في العمل بحرية. كما أخبر رئيس بعثة المراقبين الأممين لدبلوماسيين الأمريكيين، عبدول رحمان، أن الحكومة الجزائرية قامت "بجهود كبيرة لمراقبة مواعيده و استغلت توجد البعثة لتمرير الرواية الرسمية حول الانتخابات". كما أن الحكومة "حاولت منع" المراقبين من ملاقاة الدبلوماسيين الأمريكيين و الأوروبيين بغيرها المتواصل لأجندتهم. كما أشارت ذات الوثيقة، إلى أن موظف تابع لوزارة الشؤون الخارجية الجزائرية حاول التسلل إلى اجتماع خاص بالمراقبين الأممين و في لقاء بالسفارة الفرنسية.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: right; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: Simplified Arabic; font-size: small;">كما تحدثت ذات الوثيقة الأمريكية، عن تضخيم نسبة المشاركة في الانتخابات الرئاسية بالجزائر، مشيرة إلى أن نسبة المشاركة التي أعلن عنها وزير الداخلية يزيد زرهوني كانت "ضخمت بشكل كبير". مضيفين أن المشاركة كانت تتراوح بين 25 و 30 بالمائة و هي غير النسبة المعلن عنها رسميا و المقدرة بـ74 بالمائة. كما قالت السفارة الأمريكية بأنها راقبت بشكل غير رسمي الانتخابات، مشيرة في برقيتها أنها سجلت حدوث تزوير أكثر من مرة يوم الانتخابات.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: right; vertical-align: baseline;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: Simplified Arabic; font-size: small;">كما كشفت البرقية الدبلوماسية، أن موظف من السفارة الأمريكية حضر على سبيل المثال "مكالمة هاتفية تلقاها عون في مكتب انتخاب من طرف موظف في وزارة الداخلية، طلب منه خلالها إعطاء رقم مضخم للكشوف المسجلة صبيحة الانتخاب". كما أن العون مطالب نهاية اليوم بالتوقيع على ورقة نتائج الاقتراع، التي تحمل رقم مضخم بشكل فادح، و بأسماء منتخبين لم يراهم أبداء خلال عملية التصويت. &nbsp;كما أشارت ذات البرقية، إلى المغالطة في نقل الأخبار عبر التلفزيون، أين بثت صور "لمصوتين يرتدون ملابس شتوية (...) و الشيء الذي يكشف بأنهم استعملوا صور من الأرشيف لانتخابات سابقة".</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: right;
