font-size: 19.48px;">وجاءت هذه المطالب عقب اجتماع استثنائي وعاجل لمجلس رؤساء الكتل السياسية بالمدينة، أوضح خلاله رئيس حكومة سبتة خوان فيفاس أن الوضع عرف خلال الساعات الأخيرة تحولا نوعيا، مؤكدا أن قدرات المدينة بلغت أقصاها ولم تعد قادرة على الاستجابة لحجم التدفق الكبير للمهاجرين وما يرافقه من ضغط على المرافق والخدمات.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px; font-size: 19.48px;">وتأتي هذه التطورات في وقت تواصل فيه وسائل إعلام إسبانية الحديث عن استمرار محاولات العبور الجماعي عبر الالتفاف حول الحاجز البحري الفاصل بين المغرب وسبتة، مشيرة إلى أن تدفق المهاجرين لم يتوقف منذ الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الخميس، مع تسجيل وصول مجموعات جديدة تضم شبانا وقاصرين ونساء وعائلات.</span></p> <p class="p1" style="margin: 0px;
