شباط و التوظيف المباشر (محضر 20 يوليوز)

franchement rien a dire monsieur chabate , kalam ma39oul ... meme si j'etais contre le recrutement direct dans la fonction publique mais dans le cas du pv 20 juillet à vrai dire je suis pour une solution rapide pour ces pauvres

كلمة حق ، شباط ابان أنه رجل يستحق كل الإحترام ، فهنيئا للإستقلايين بهذا الرجل ، قال كلاما لم نسمعه من قبل : محضر 20 يوليوز تم التوقيع عليه بتوجيهات سامية ، فكيف لبنكيران ان يتملص منه و هو قرار سامي ( الكل يعرف ما معنى توجوهات سامية ) ، وقال ان محضر 20 يوليوز قانوني و قام بتفسير قانونيته , التوضيف المباشر حق للجميع سواء 2010 ، 2011 ، 2099 ؛ ... ، حذاري أيها الأطر أن تنزلقو وراء التطاحن فيما بينكم ، إن تم الوفاء بمحضر 20 يوليوز فهنالك 100 طريقة لتوظيف الباقي ، المغرب به خصاص مهول ، كما ان عرقلة ادماج المحضريين لن يخدم إلا مصالح الحكومة

J'espère bien que vous défendriez le droit de tout les lauréats des établissements de l'enseignement supérieur publics; au même pied d'égalité; tant qu'ils sont tous des citoyens marocains et se trouvent couvert par le décret ministériel de 08 avril 2011 ce dernier qui est la base solide de tout PV entre les chômeurs et le gouvernement. Une autre chose que je veux ajouter, et que personne n'ose le divulguer c'est que si le P.I lutte pour l'intégration des étudiants signataires du PV de 20 juillet c'est à mon avis pour sauter un pas en avant et camoufler un grand dossier qui a subi des manipulations de la part de la ''Chabiba Istiklaliya'' après l'imposition de multiples Noms affiliés au P.I aux listes des bénéficiaires des postes au sein de la fonction publique alors que d'autres militants et combattants contre le fléau de chômage depuis plus de 2ans continuent à souffrir chaque semaine devant le parlement marocain

اتمنى من الله ان يعينك وينصرك بنصرتنا واقترح ان تستعين بالملك لأن الإسلاميين يقلبون له الحقائق فنحن اصحاب المحضر ضحية المرسوم الملكي وشرفاء ولدينا الكفأة والتجربة والخبرة ولسنا نخشى المباراة ولا مناضلين ولكن ولكن ولكن نحن متأكدين من عدم نزاهة المباراة ومن عجز الحكومة على محاربت هذا نوع من الفساد او غيره ولا نقبل ان نتهاون في الدفاع عن حق مكتسب أعطانا إياه الملك ما كان بن كيران ليتخاذل لو كان بين اطرنا

والله ان كان موقفك هذا ياشباط ستثبت عليه فلك مني تحية ودعواتي لك بالصلاح

le recrutement des cadres superieurs concernes par le PV 20 JUILLET 2011 est obligatoire alors benkirane doit revenir a la raison pour donner le droit d integrer la fonction aux cadres concernes . MONSIEUR CHABAT EST UN HOMME HONNETE ET CORRECTE pas comme lmounafikin du PJD
