أضحت في الآونة الأخيرة بعض الوحدات الخشبية الخاصة بالحراسة بحي الهدى مرتعا مناسبا وفضاء خصبا لممارسة العديد من الخروقات التي لا تحمد عقباها.
بيوت خشبية أسس "أغلبها بشكل فوضوي غيرقانوني" لتأمين وحماية الإقامات السكنية،ستتحول بعد عشية وضحاها لأوكاريستخدمها من حين لآخر بعض شباب ومنحرفي الحي لأغراض يعاقب عليها القانون،أقلها كما جاء على لسان بعض الآباء القاطنين بنفس الحي استعمالها زوالا من طرف بعض المراهقين - بعد غياب أوبموافقة بعض الحراس- لتدخين المخدرات خلسة،مع التخوف من جعلها نقطا سوداء للمتاجرة في هذه المادة مستقبلا وموقعا حقيقيا لإلتقاء المنحرفين. فهل من متدخل يتساءل هؤلاء؟
