Reply to siphia Listen My dearest I was not attacking the MOroccan Embassador beca use I Don\'t know him  from adam ! or never met him. So if read my Article N:1 and anderstood it ! then you would know what I was trying to send out. I will explain again: the for me here in the moroccan embassy is not with them even though people who work there most of them are Numpties. I am  used to their system over there and can live with it ! and get the job done eventually ! but they have embarrassed me and failed when I introduced my Son to them thinking that they will understand and sort my son out and get a different treatment as he was new to this and his first time ! if you know what I mean. Kapeach? Yes since your Embassador is Mr nice or Vive Guy how come they never get in touch with the moroccan community in UK or London after all we are Neughbors ! ! and and anathor HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT SOPHIA? give me an example I have all the time in the world. Something else how we never get involved in anything ie: We never get to vote ! ! ! how many Morrocan Pensioners live in the UK very poor and on the bread line, and can not afford to buy the expensive tickets to fly to morocco. Royal Air Maroc is a rip off. At least they should get off their back side and look through their  files and try and help elderly people who are at least over 75yrs. and so and so... So Sophia You may get what you want for now but wait and see later when you can not make to the toilet....

I live in New York for several years now. I identify with this lady. We have a joke here about the moroccan embassy: IF YOUMISS LBLED, JUST VISIT L\'EMBASSADE ET CA NE TE MANQUERA PLUS. It\'s sad and destastful but that\'s the truth. they told me the s I needed to get the new ID. I got them and they rejected my pictures. They told me that I can them  from there and pay $15 for them. I did not have the money at that time so I decided to come back another day, but before that I made sure to confirm with them that all the other s are good and that I don\'t need to get any other s. The day I went back I was surprised by the guy telling me that the pictutes are not conform. I asked him to show me hoe he decides if they are not good or not. Once he saw me chalenging he then said that he will try to make them pass. Afterward he said that the birth certificate copy was not good since it was written in Arabic and it is supposed to be in French. The certificate was  from Morocco. He stated that in order to get one  from there I will have to pay $30 for that and another $12 for a new embassy card. I stated that I already have one. He claimed that I need to have the new one in plastic since the one I have is in papaer. I explained that honestly that card serve for nothing. Ity says in the website that that card exempts the holder  from having to get other s such as a copy of the birth certificate. But clearly, as I explained before, That did not serve at all. conclusion, they asked me to pay over $50 when I brought them all the s needed. I did not have a lot of time and I thought that since I don\'t have to get a new ID in less than 10 years, I just paid them and moved on. Another issue is that certain people come in after everyone and they get leave before everyone beca use they know Si Tawfik or others there. When you go in the embassy, you feel  like you are in a different country, yet you are in 40th street in Manhattan. SO SO SAD.

I meant by *I never have to give a Penney for employees of the consulate of Morocco* I pay only the fees they ask for and nothing else.I meant I don\'t give any RASHWA. OF course the fees are too much;however,we have no choice. in this country nothing is free nothing is free either. So I pay in the consulate what they charge and that\'s it. P.S I have nee here for many years as well.

I\'m in the same situation as you are in. and it has been more than 15 months NOW. when I called their VM is full and when I emailed, they did NOT reply...and for those who say, just there and get your stuff done, I say I wouldn\'t spend a round trip ticked  from California to NY for a piece of plastic..I would go to Morocco and visit my family and ask wald derb to get it for while i\'m enjoying my NAS NAS in cafe dyal derb...., ,...

je suis tout a faire d accord avec cette vidéo c\'est la même chose en France moi sa fait plus de 10ans j ai pas fait la carte d identité a ca use de c problème de consulat personne ne répond au téléphone ni email une fois je suis déplacer plus de 300km pour faire la carte malheure usement toujours le même e problème d administrative marocain je demande au roi mohamed 6 NASRAHO ALLAH de trouver une solution car pour cela les marocaines changes leurs nationalité vers autre pays

what i meant is that the fees they were asking for have nothing to do with what is needed. When I got the embassy card, they advised me that if I have one, It will replace s  like the birth certificate copy. If you also check the embassy website, it also says so there. What difference does it make if the copy if a birth certificate is in Arabic or French. It is  from the same register. Also, does a copy of birth certificate cost $30 dollars. Are you kidding me?. that so called fee, is going to someone\'s pocket point blank. I have 2 friend who were not even asked about any birth certificate copy beca use they paid for pictures there. my point is that they make it seem  like it is just fees, but the most naive person would know that it is not the case. I mean come on now, you go to a website of any governement agency here, Whatever s/instructions/fees written there is what you need to provide to get the service. nothing more, nothing less. My daily work is to deal with customers that have the worst health conditions, lived or live in the worst conditions, Which I can say that they have the full responsiblity in. These people asks for services in manners that are way far  from nice. They feel that they are entitled to them. All of that, but I still have to treat them with all the respect beca use that\'s what the service jobs are about. If these people can not do that, them they need to look  into other fields. That\'s all what I have to say.
